REFUNDS POLICY

 

EXCHANGE POLICY 

We will not accept returns on sale items, or variations in patterns and prints on full priced items.

If you are unsure about a colour or print placement please contact the sales team for further images or descriptions. It is NOT Pomegranate Clothing’s responsibility to list or include variations in print placement & colour placement. 

Sale items, clearance items or quick day Mark downs are non exchangeable. If you are unsure please contact our sales team.

Pomegranate Clothing is not responsible refunds of delivery costs, if you wish to return an item you must supply a pre-paid post pack for your item to be returned. Once we have received your items and it is in the same condition that it was in leaving (unmarked, tags attached, no animal hair, second hand smoke or visible rips) we will process your exchange. 
If in the process of an exchange your items are no longer available an online & in store voucher will be provided. 

CONTACT THE STORE WITH 7 DAYS OF PURCHASE TO ARRANGE & DISCUSS OPTIONS FOR YOUR EXCHANGE.

 DAMAGED OR FALUTY GOODS 

Damaged items must be reported within 24 hours of receiving your items. We require photos and a description of the faulty item.

No claims will be accepted after this time.

Items will be replaced, online or in store voucher provided or refunded once we have received the items back. We will provide a $12 refund on the previous post to account for the return of faulty goods. However no refunds, exchanges or store vouchers will be provided until we have received the original item.
