DISPATCH & DELIVERY

Dispatch from Pomegranate Clothing Store, Laurieton is estimated within 2-3 days from payment (not including weekends, or long weekends) this could vary during peak seasons. Once dispatched estimated delivery is 1-3 weeks however this could vary, contact Australia Post for a better guideline on delivery times.

POMEGRANATE CLOTHING WILL NOT BE HELD LIABLE FOR LOST, DAMAGED OR LATE DELIVERIES

Once the items have been dispatched it is your responsibility to track, dispute or claim damaged goods. We will not provide warranty, exchange or refund on damaged goods once the items have been dispatched from our store.

POSTAGE COSTS

All postage is sent via Aust Post. A flat fee of $12 is charged which includes signature on delivery and insurance to the value of $100. Insurance over $100 is the responsibility of the buyer.

CLICK & COLLECT

Click and collect is available to local customers only between the hours 9-4 Monday,Tuesday,Wednesday,Thursday & Friday 9-1 on Saturday. However this may change during peak seasons. Please Contact staff for a suitable time and day to attend the store to collect. 

DO NOT USE EXPRESS PAYMENT  for click & collect, You must select the ‘checkout’ option when finalising payments. Apple Pay and PayPal express do not allow for click & collect.

FREE DELIVERY

All sales over $150 include sign on arrival free postage, this is available at checkout, and will be added automatically. 

During lockdown periods delivery is available to the local area including Port Macquarie, Laurieton & Bonny Hills, etc.

Delivery is a available at checkout for local customers once a post code has been updated in the finalisation of payment.

If you are not home during delivery, your item will be returned to the store and a txt message will be sent on attempt of delivery.
If you have asked for item to be left unattended or contactless delivery, your item will be placed inconspicuously near your door. POMEGRANATE WILL NOT BE HELD ACCOUNTABLE IF THE PARCEL IS MISSING OR DAMAGED. WE WILL NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR WARRANTY FOR DAMAGED ITEMS LEFT DURING THE DELIVERY PROCESS.
